Today they were helpful answering my maintenance questions about our car, and efficient at addressing them in addition to doing a car inspection. We have used their services ever since they opened at this Shelburne location and have always been very pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. Excellent customer service!

My truck broke down 5+ hours from home. After being towed in, the staff did everything within their power to get the truck diagnosed, repaired and back on the road within 4 hours. Everyone was friendly and courteous. If I lived in the area I would definitely do business with them again. Thank You

As always, I had an excellent experience with VIP Tores on Shelburne Rd today, a Sunday. I was a walk in needing help with a flat tire. Scott was so helpful and informative. I understood what I needed and why. He found me discounts to apply to my bill. He kept me informed about the work. I walked out a very satisfied customer.

Tommy and the folks at VIP Tires were super friendly and patched the hole in my tire within a couple of hours of me dropping it off on a Sunday, despite it clearly being a very busy day. Between better hours and availability than I expected, a very fair price, super quick turnaround, and awesome service and communication, I really could not have asked for anything more. I’m definitely going to be seeing what regular services I can bring their way - it was a refreshingly positive experience. Many thanks!

I absolutely can not save enough wonderful things about the Shelburne Road VIP Tires! They are courteous, friendly, professional and really wonderful to work with. I had an expensive repair estimate, and when I went to pick my car up, they had worked it so it was almost $1000 less than the estimate. Same repair, same quality parts used, but they worked it out for me. I didn't ask, I didn't fuss or argue or anything, they just did it. If I could give them more stars, I would.
